I would like to extend a personal and warm welcome to each of our patients and to the citizens of our region.

Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate Primary and Preventative health care services to our patients. We strive to make a difference in our communities by helping eliminate health care disparities, by responding to diverse community health care needs and by improving the quality of life for the residents we are so privileged to serve.

Through Primary and Preventative Care, Chronic Care Management and Patient-Oriented Education we are committed to treating our residents not only when they are ill, but also in keeping them well.

On behalf of our staff, I vow to be dedicated to collaborating with government agencies and other organizations in meeting the medical needs of the families and individuals of our communities. We will offer care to insured and uninsured patients alike; and desire to meet their needs regardless of ability to pay or financial status.

The Mission of Community Medical Clinic is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of this region by planning for and providing primary care and other essential services based on the needs of the communities we serve.

We are committed to providing leading edge personalized healthcare, through comprehensive care, compassion and the commitment to create a high-quality health care experience for our patients and the residents of our communities.

Under the Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Acts of 1992 and 1995,1 health centers that receive funds through the Health Center Program2 may be deemed as employees of the Public Health Service (PHS) for purposes of Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) coverage for the performance of medical, surgical, dental, and related functions within the scope of employment. The Health Center FTCA Program increases the availability of funds to health centers to provide services within the Health Center Program scope of project by reducing or eliminating health centers spending on malpractice insurance premiums for such services.
